Upon beginning my business, I took time to hold a session for a friend’s business. During that time, I came in contact with several women who are dealing with or have dealt with breast cancer. Meeting these women opened my hearts and mind to the possibility of doing more for the “cause”. As a photographer, I wasn’t sure what all I could do, but then I came across this organization called “ThinkPink”. I immediately knew that I wanted to be a part of something that helped so many women and their families cope with breast cancer. Serving as a photographer in this network allows me to meet women who have much greater struggles than I and it makes me put life into perspective very quickly. I love my job. This brings me happiness.

Please read on for more information about the non-profit organization, Think Pink. And please, contact me if you are interested in a ThinkPink session!

ABOUT

Think Pink Photography was founded in October 2007 to support individuals and their families who have been touched by breast cancer.  We are a charitable organization that serves two main purposes – celebrating life and supporting the cause.

Celebrating Life

Through our photography network, we are helping breast cancer survivors and their supporters to celebrate life with charitable photography sessions.  Sessions are available to document the fight before or during treatment or to celebrate the victory when treatment is completed.  Please see the “Celebrating Life” section of this site for more details and information.

Supporting the Cause

The Eric R. Beverly Family Foundation
All funds generated through donations and various fundraising efforts are paid directly to The Eric R. Beverly Family Foundation.  As a 3-time breast cancer survivor, Danielle Beverly and her husband Eric joined together to form a foundation dedicated to promoting education, increasing awareness, and providing support and resources for families who have been touched by breast cancer.

The Foundation focuses on providing financial support for the chemotherapy and mammography needs of uninsured or underinsured individuals; establishing social and psychological support programs for individuals facing breast cancer, their caregivers and children; and fostering opportunities for individuals to educate themselves and others about the life and death importance of early detection.
