so the first thing “S” says is……”I look sooo 80′s”.
and I’m like “yahhhh….ya makin’ me feel old here”…
….so I wasn’t going to the prom in the 80′s but I was a totally 80′s kid! whoop! and this was NOT the 80′s. the 80′s was more tacky…ya know pink spandex and cut-off shirts with some rockin bangs! well, “S”, you are ALMOST totally 80′s…but much cooler!
and sweet “K”…man, she is gorgeous! they both are for that matter! I’m pretty sure my face turned a shade of green when I walked in the house. Who doesn’t want to be going to the prom and 18 again?? ME ME ME!! I even tried to get hubs to dress up to “chaperone” the South prom (WITH MY MOM! LOL!). But his headshake sufficively told me that his answer was NO and there was no talking him into it. WHY oh WHY must men be such party poopers?
Oh well! One of these days I will live vicariously through my own children and make them miserable on their prom day because mom totally needs to feel young again. For now, I am living through K&S and LOVIN’ IT!!!
You girls rocked my socks off (call me corney…cause that’s soo last year’s saying!…quite possibly the year before that!) LOL But yeah, total models…hamming it up! Enjoying being manequins on the side of the road for passers-by! These girls were a hoot and I thoroughly enjoyed myself! And imagine this…the rain didn’t even rear its ugly little head! What a sweet surprise!
Thanks girls for fun times and making me realize I’m getting older by the minute!
